We are a couple of cannabis loving enthusiasts that enjoy experiencing new strains and edibles and passing them onto our friends and customers. Coming from the alcohol industry we realized the social harms and destruction that alcohol creates across communities in Canada. Instead of opening a cold beer & wine store or getting back in the bar business we chose to go for the safer alternative.
We are the modern day equivalent to the Seagram’s family, Sleeman family and the Bronfmans who all made a living selling alcohol a much more dangerous substance than cannabis. We look forward to helping you with all your medical marijuana needs.
Availability displayed on this Site guarantees product availability and or immediate shipment of these products. VAPE CARTS BRAND reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to discontinue, revise, cease to make available, and or cancel orders on these products.
HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED
Your order will be packed in a sturdy, padded envelope. No reference to marijuana or seeds is made on the outside or inside. We use sender addresses and also Non senders address and do not use branded packaging. In the envelope you will find an item that contains your marijuana, Products.
Orders are typically processed and shipped Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. We only ship our products on those days. Orders Received after 2pm Pacific on Wednesday may not be shipping until the following Monday.
We only offer Discrete shipping at this time. We do offer expedited shipping. Depending on your location, delivery time will be 1-7 days.
For wholesale orders – smaller wholesale orders will also be sent discrete mail with 1-7 day delivery. Larger wholesale orders that can be shipped on a pallet can be sent via truck for US based customers.
We ship to all 50 US states, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Europe and Australia.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We are based in USA,Scotland and The Netherlands (Europe). Shipping takes between 1 and 4 business days. The average is 3 days. Holdups at customs can cause a delay. But, since we hide our Package so well, customs will let the package through after inspection.
Our shipping fee is $300 per order if Based In USA If Based in UK ask us shipping charges , for any number of products. You can choose between registered and unregistered mail. When paying by cash in the mail, you get a $15 discount.
We keep all Marijuanan,seeds cannabis oil in stock. We ship 5 times per week. Your order is shipped within 24 hours or 2 business days after we receive yourpayment. If your order does not arrive, we send you new Package. For free!
We currently export to all 50 US states, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. We have an international export program for all included countries, and will be rolling out more international program soon.
For payment, we only accept wholesale orders via our selected method of payment, paid prior to shipping at this time. We are working on an ACH/Bank Transfer option coming soon.
When submitting a wholesale request, please send some proof of a business. We might also need a copy of your valid resale or business license.
All Sales are Final with the exception of damaged goods. If your product arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damaged item immediately and send details with pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 business days of when product is received.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund inquiry is received, we may require that the item be shipped back to us for inspection. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your inquiry and/or returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
